QUESTIONS
Q. What  selection of videos do you offer?

A. There are three choices – “Full Access” to all our videos; the package entitled “Focus on Leadership” and the package of “Focus on Operations”  each with  their supporting materials and email or Zoom support.
Q. Can I view the videos in any order?

A. Yes you can -  as long as you complete the videos in each accessed series. Again, the more series you view, the greater will be your understanding and your ability to apply the materials so you can predict, identify and address the most common, repetitious workplace issues that you and your organisation will encounter.
Q. Why can’t I just access one video or choose my own selection?

A. Think of "Focus on Leadership" and "Focus on Operations" as Book 1 and Book 2 in a series. You can access either “book” on its own and it will make sense. However, accessing both will significantly boost understanding and application. And if you add The “Brain and Behaviour” videos, it’s like the final piece that rounds off the ‘books”. But if you only read a single chapter or randomly mix chapters from both “books”, you'll gain some benefit but not as much that you’ll need to improve what’s happening at work.
Q. I am not a leader. Will I get much out of the “Focus on Leadership” option?

A. Yes you will.  All employees from entry-level to Managing Directors will be able to apply the information to their own positions and situations. Not only that, but you’ll be able to see where leadership might be in trouble elsewhere and know how to address it or work effectively around it to minimise mistakes, risk, and stress.
Q. What is the “Focus on Operations” package about?

 A. This package of information addresses the most crucial aspects of working in any organisation, whether you are a team member, leading a team, or managing a department or the entire organisation. A lack of knowledge and understanding in these areas typically leads to a wide range of significant challenges and stress and overwork for employees. The importance of this information for both employer organisations and their employees is so great that we believe it should be mandatory for all new hires during their probationary period.
Q. What makes the information in these videos different from what’s out there already?

A. There are many reasons, but the information comes from specialists who have spent decades working locally and globally with and in organisations of all sizes and in all industries. The videos not only integrate 12 relevant disciplines to provide holistic understanding and solutions, but they also integrate information that is not taught outside of a handful of international high-level specialist consulting organisations. The information is current, proven, workable, integrated, and useful for people holding any position and, in any industry, in most countries. This is a rare opportunity to tap into knowledge and expertise that you wont find elsewhere or in this format.
Q. Why do we have to commit to a 3-month payment for “Focus on Leadership” and “Focus on Operations” series?

A. This series contains between 38 and 64 short videos, depending on the selected option. While the videos are straightforward and easy to follow, they are rich in content. From our experience, people need and appreciate having enough time to absorb the information and revisit the content and supporting materials at their own pace without feeling rushed. This is why we’ve mandated a 3-month subscription for these packages. But to make the investment more manageable, we provide single users with the option of a monthly payment plan. Of course, if more time is needed, people can renew their 3-month access."

Q. If 3 months is an imposed time frame for Options 1-4 why isn’t there a time frame imposed for Options 5 and 6?

A. In Options 5 and 6, organisations have committed to allowing 2 or more people to access our entire video library and all the supporting materials. In such cases, organisations are likely to permit their employees to view the videos alongside their work.  So, with this in mind and to align with most organisation's finance policies for trialing new initiatives,  we permit month-to-month payments that can be canceled at any time.

Q. If I am a single user and pay upfront for three months of access but something happens and I can’t continue during those 3 months, what are my options?

A.  We can either freeze the time frame so you can continue where you left off any time in the next 12 months, or you can request a pro-rata refund in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Q. Why are these videos relevant to all organisations and industries?

A. There are numerous organisational and people-related aspects that, like gravity, remain constant and relevant over time, regardless of the type or size of an organisation, their industry, country of origin and regardless of any technological or other advancements that impact them over time. Because we target these universal aspects, the content in our videos are and will remain relevant to all organisations and their people.

Q. Why are the prices so cheap for what you provide?

A. While we operate as a fee-for-service enterprise like any commercial business, profit is not our primary motivation. Rather it’s to provide people with the right knowledge so they can create workplaces that are mentally safe, engaging, motivating, and profitable and can future-proof their organisations. However this is dependent on enough people in a business acquiring and applying the right knowledge. And  “enough people” typically boils down to cost.  This is why we keep our costs low and our offerings high in regards to content quantity, quality, and relevance.

Q. Why is there a flat fee for 2- 10 people or more?

A. One person accessing the videos and support materials is great for self-development and it’s encouraged. But it takes a minimum of 2 people with the same knowledge  and abilities to affect real change.  The more people with  the knowledge, the faster and greater will be the results. This is why we’ve set the same price regardless of whether 2 or 10 people have access to our library, and why we offer generous discounts for greater numbers of participants.
