Q. Why do you recommend repeated viewing?

A.  The information contained in the videos and podcasts is very content-rich. As you build your knowledge base across all facets of the organisation, you will get increased understanding on repeated views, as you realise how each component strengthens every other component in the system.
Q. Can I view the videos in any order?

A. Yes you can -  You can pick the category and Video title that meets your initial need. However, the full benefit is only realised if the full complement of videos / podcasts are viewed and actioned. They form a complete organisational picture, just like a full jigsaw puzzle completes a whole picture. A smooth-running organisation needs every piece of the jigsaw completed. One missing piece will create problems.

Q. Why can’t I just access one video or choose my own selection?

A. Think of each category of videos as a separate book in a series, with each video being a chapter in the book. You can access a “book” or a "chapter" on its own, and it will make sense. The chapters and the books form a complete, aligned system, all dependent on each other. Missing one chapter, or a piece of the organisational jigsaw, exposes a weakness.
Q. I am not a leader or an executive. Will this be valuable for me?

A. Yes it will.  All employees from entry-level to Managing Directors will be able to apply the information to their own positions and situations.
However, we have built this knowledge base into an organisation-wide system, and that is where the biggest value lies.  More senior roles have greater decision-making capability and will get greater value from the system. Momentum builds more quickly when everyone is aligned to the same knowledge system.

A. While the videos are straightforward to follow, they are rich in content. From our experience, people need and appreciate having enough time to absorb the information and revisit the content and supporting materials at their own pace without feeling rushed. This is why we’ve allowed a 3-month window for these packages.  Of course, if more time is needed, people can renew their 3-month access.

However, while this information is very useful in its own right, they are not the whole system solution. They can be used to validate the value built into the system, and we expect most organisations will then proceed to an Enterprise approach. Q. Why can't I get this information from AI for free?

At any time you believe you are not getting value, we make it easy for you to cancell your membership.

Q. If I am a single user and pay upfront for three months of access but something happens and I can’t continue during those 3 months, what are my options?

A.  We can freeze the time frame so you can continue where you left off any time in the next 12 months. Just contact us to request the best approach for you.

Q. Why are these videos relevant to all organisations and industries?

A. There are numerous organisational and people-related aspects that, like gravity, remain constant and relevant over time, regardless of the type or size of an organisation, their industry, country of origin and regardless of any technological or other advancements that impact them over time. Because we target these universal aspects, the content in our videos are and will remain relevant to all organisations and their people.

Q. Why are the prices so cheap for what you provide?

A. While we operate as a fee-for-service enterprise like any commercial business, profit is not our primary motivation. Rather it’s to provide people with the right knowledge so they can create workplaces that are mentally safe, engaging, motivating, and profitable and can future-proof their organisations. However this is dependent on enough people in a business acquiring and applying the right knowledge. And  “enough people” typically boils down to cost.  This is why we keep our costs low and our offerings high in regards to content quantity, quality, and relevance.

Q. Why is there a flat fee for 2- 10 people or more?

A. One person accessing the videos and support materials is great for self-development and it’s encouraged. But it takes a minimum of 2 people with the same knowledge  and abilities to affect real change.  The more people with the knowledge, the faster and greater will be the results. This is why we’ve set the same price regardless of whether 2 or 10 people have access to our library, and why we offer generous discounts for greater numbers of participants in block numbers matching common needs.
